Add or remove seats as the team changes. Everything else is shared: your 5 brands, 20 saved custom library items, 100 GB of storage and one Brand Brain across the whole workspace. Your team works from the same brands rather than their own copies, which is the point when everyone is on the same clients.

A brand is a client or a product you are creating for. It holds that brand's voice, its assets, its playbooks and everything the apps have learned about it. You get 5 of them, and you can run unlimited projects inside every one. A project is a piece of work: a campaign, a shoot, a launch. So 5 brands is not 5 pieces of work, it is 5 clients you can work on forever. Take on more clients and you can add brands whenever you need them.

Credits are what generating costs. Every model, whether text, image, video or animation, uses a set number per generation depending on the model, the length and the resolution. You pay the provider's list price with nothing added by us, so $1 buys 1 Heista Credit. Each generation comes off your balance, and your usage dashboard shows what every one of them cost. A 4.9% AI Credits Management Fee is added at checkout and your full total is shown before you pay.

No, and that is the point. Most platforms bundle credits into the price and mark them up, so you pay a premium whether you use them or not, and lose whatever is left at the end of the month. We charge for the workspace and sell generation at cost. Buy credits when you need them and explore as much as the work deserves, without paying a tax on trying things.

Credit packs last 90 days from purchase. If you cancel, unspent credits are not lost. They pause until you start a subscription again, though the 90 day clock keeps running while they wait.

Yes, so your access never breaks mid project. You can cancel any time in your settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

There is one plan, so what changes is its size. Add seats any time and they work straight away, charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Remove seats and the change lands at the end of your current period, so the seat stays usable until then. Take the person out of the workspace first, because you cannot drop below the seats in use. Only the workspace owner can change billing.

Add-ons sit on top of your seats and are billed monthly. Add one and it works immediately, charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Cancel and it runs to the end of the period, so you keep the capacity you have paid for.

The Unlimited add-on puts the whole workspace on your own domain. Add the domain in your settings, point a DNS record at us, and the workspace, the login and the branding all run from your URL. Your clients sign in at your address and see your brand, so you can market it and sell it as your own AI system.

Yes, every one. A seat includes every official app and preset we have released. There is no feature matrix and nothing is held back for a higher tier. We drop new apps often and they appear in your workspace as they go live.
