This leverages Contradiction Hook by stating something that feels counter to the assumed best-practice (“use only ChatGPT” is implied to be the common default). That contradiction triggers cognitive conflict, so the viewer has to keep watching to resolve the inconsistency (What should replace it?). The imperative “Stop…” adds action pressure, increasing Commitment to the new premise by getting the viewer mentally to agree that the old approach needs changing. Contradiction hook deep-dive

Beat 2 (0:00-0:03) — Contradiction Hook: It challenges a default assumption with a blunt inversion: “Stop using only ChatGPT in 2026.” This instantly frames the video as a corrective—something the viewer is probably doing (using only ChatGPT) is presented as outdated right now (in 2026), forcing attention to the “what to use instead.”

Beat 3 (0:03-0:06) — Process Setup: It lays out the working schedule as a concrete procedure: “For the real work… agents… building, 10 minutes a day, 28 days, you catch up.” This turns the next steps into a timed workflow the viewer can mentally run themselves, rather than staying abstract.

Beat 4 (0:06-0:09) — Common Mistake: It flags a widespread misstep by telling viewers to “Stop using only ChatGPT in 2026…”. By calling out the “only ChatGPT” approach, it implies their current workflow is the wrong default for “the real work,” creating recognition tension right away.

Beat 5 (0:09-0:13) — Function Demonstration: The speaker uses a promise-of-demo framing: “Let me show you how.” This turns the next moment into a concrete walkthrough rather than abstract talk, so the viewer’s brain expects actionable steps that will reduce uncertainty.
