Sodii Hydration's talking head product ad is a 36-second health & supplements video creative decoded by Heista into 7 structural beats with 8 total cuts. Sodii Hydration's full brand intelligence

This leverages Past-Self Open to trigger Comparison/Relatability: the viewer mentally steps into “that beginner phase” and assumes the upcoming tips will directly fix the mistakes they’re currently making. The “I wish I knew” phrasing also creates a mini information-gap (Curiosity) by implying the payoff exists and just wasn’t available earlier, so continuing is the fastest way to get the missing piece. Past-Self Open hook deep-dive

Beat 2 (0:00-0:06) — Past-Self Open: It frames the rest of the video as lessons the creator learned too late: “I wish I knew…” while specifying the target moment—“when I was first getting started.” This signals the viewer they’re about to receive the missing information the speaker wanted at the beginning, not generic fasting advice.

Beat 3 (0:06-0:13) — Side-by-Side Comparison: It does a side-by-side comparison of meal timing rules: “You don’t always have to skip breakfast” versus “Skipping dinner works better for a lot of people.” The viewer gets two specific options in parallel and is nudged toward the “skip dinner” choice while being told the other one isn’t mandatory.

Beat 4 (0:13-0:21) — Repeatable Method: It teaches a repeatable rule-based protocol: “The 30 minute rule. When you're hungry, give your body 30 minutes and then see if you're still hungry.” It then adds the decision checkpoint: “More often than not, the hunger will pass.”

Beat 5 (0:21-0:24) — One-Thing Teaching: The speaker delivers “number three” as a single, direct instruction: “stay hydrated.” This functions as a one-item teaching beat—one simple rule to apply immediately.

Beat 6 (0:24-0:27) — Common Mistake: The speaker names a widespread error: “so many clients try fasting without properly preparing themselves.” This flags the viewer’s likely misstep as a pattern they’re not alone in, creating recognition tension. It positions the next point as a correction to a common way people get fasting wrong.

Beat 7 (0:27-0:32) — Tool Demonstration: It ties the “need electrolytes” explanation to a specific product recommendation: “you need key electrolytes… And that's why I recommend Sodi to my clients.” It specifies what the product is for (“to my clients for the high minerals and fasting approved nutritionals”) so the viewer can map the recommendation to the stated requirement.

Beat 8 (0:32-0:35) — Soft CTA: It gives a recommendation endorsement: “Recommend Sodi to my clients for the high minerals and fasting approved nutritionals.”
